Don't know if "ok": Are you treating c.Difficile diarrhea? How long did you take the vanco before missing multiple doses (are you early or late in treatment course)? Was your c.Diff recurrent? Did you have underlying colitis? Still at risk of exposure? Taking acid blocker drugs? Sorry, can't reassure you without this full picture, nor is antibiotic non-compliance "ok" for you or your potential contacts.
