Have some rashes on my hips(same like last year) and itching all over my body sometimes i wake up for itching in night what could it be ?

Itching: I see hepatitis in your profile. Hepatitis can cause elevated bilirubin which can cause itching. Some meds cause itching, like narcotics. If you are itching without a rash, these are more likely. If you have rash where you itch, get the rash diagnosed.
