motility low: A single semen analysis is an incomplete evaluation. I recommend 2 semen analyses and a hormone profile. That said, your results show good numbers but poor motility. A sample collected offsite can have low motility. Intercourse every other day during the week of ovulation is the recommended initial course. If unsuccessful, a complete evaluation of both partners is recommended.
