Can delay his period: Taking Progesterone hormones for 4 days might delay his period, but wait!... He's a guy, so that doesn't matter. Maybe he got a bit of nausea, but since he was having gastroenteritis, he would be having nausea anyway. So, that sounds like nothing bad happened, and both of you are safe!
