Daily AM nausea: Pregnancy ; gynecologic issues may still need consideration. Also, distinguish the following other causes: inflammatory (ulcer, small bowel disease, gallbladder/ biliary problem, pancreatitis, uti), structural (partial obstruction, extrinsic impression against the gut/sma), functional (gastroparesis, irritable bowel), anxiety/school refusal syndrome. See your doctor to get the right diagnosis.
