Not at all, yes: Deja vu is very common and nothing to worry about at all- the vast majority of people experience it from time to time. There is a specific type of epilepsy, temporal lobe epilepsy, that has deja vu as a manifestation, but most with deja vu do not have and will not develop epilepsy. Common: Deja vu is very common, but recurrent, intense episodes can be part of a seizure--usually seizures starting in the mesial temporal lobe region.
