Oct 21 : If your cycle is 28 days then take a pregnancy test 28 days after your last one.

Pregnancy test: The time to do a pregnancy test is based on when you ovulated. The earliest would be 8-10 days after ovulation but may be later based on when implantation occurred. Since you ovulated ~ 10/8, you can take the test now to confirm the results from this cycle.
