Im almost 14 weeks pregnant. today i have been crampy and what looks like clear discharge. wets my underwear. it is not sticky. is it normal?

NO not normal: Please call your OB asap to make sure your membranes did not rupture and to make sure u do not have an incompetent cervix, call now better to be safe than sorry and if that has happened then your OB doc will need to treat you accordingly.
