I have a twitching feeling and ocasional pain that comes and goes in the upper right abdomen right below my right breast what could this be? few weeks

RUQ pain: Pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen can come from a duodenal ulcer, gallbladder or even the lower part of the right lung. These symptoms require a careful history and physical examination by a physician (or pa, np) for accurate diagnosis. (this should include a rectal exam and testing for occult blood). Other testing may be required depending upon the examination.
