Multiple options.: Facial spider veins are very common and there are many alternatives to treatment. What is used usually depends on the experience and training of the treating physician. Options include sclerotherapy, infrared pulsed light, laser, veinwave, veingogh and microneedle radio frequency.

Hide or close it off: The superficial veins under the eyes become more apparent as we lose fat in the face, ;/or as they enlarge from age, heredity etc. They are not needed. They can be safely treated with several sessions of vascular laser (usually not ipl, if more than 1 mm wide); or careful sclerotherapy injections. If it's a volume issue, then refilling the upper cheek with fat, Radiesse (dermal fillers) or artefill can help.
