Floss your teeth: The best time to clean your mouth--brush and floss--is before bed. Daily.

Flossing teeth: While it's extremely important that you floss your teeth at least once per day, ideally you would want to do it after every meal, especially in those areas between your teeth that tend to collect food. The younger and healthier your gums, bone and teeth the more once per day should be sufficient. The older and unhealthy your gums and teeth, the more important to increase the frequency.
