So i have arthritis and am used to the usual pain that comes with it, but when the temp is either severely hot or cold the pain intensifies.why?

perhaps pressure: Temperature changes affect barometric (atmosphere) pressure. For some reason, some arthritis patients are sensitive to those changes, perhaps from stimulation of pressure sensors around the joints.
