Serious Rx: If you have not been offered a trial of isotretinoin, please get with your physician now and ask about this. It is not for the faint-hearted and there are risks, but most people who have needed it are glad. You also want an endocrine evaluation, and you may consider the oral contraceptive pill if it is right for you. Laser isn't a magic answer.
