probably not: Not a plastic surgeon but certainly know there are many changes that occur within the breast during pregnancy. You would be better served waiting till after you deliver and finish breast feeding (if you decide to). Once things have settle you will know if you have redundant skin that may or may not be removed during breast surgery. Certainly excess skin is removed during a lift/reduction.
