Decrease your stress: Migraines can be severe ; occur on one side of the head. They may be vascular in nature ; can be prevented w/ meds ; lowering outside triggers. Cluster h/a's are very painful, occur in or around one eye ; are cyclical in nature. Treated w/ oxygen ; meds. Tensions h/a's usually occur in the back of the head. May improve by decreasing stress. Excruciating headaches require immediate medical attn.
