Yes: If your fasting blood sugar level is more than 126 after a 8 hour fast than you have diabetes and treatment is needed. Please see your primary care physician.

Yes!!: Sugar >200 after eating or fasting number >126 = diabetes.

Yes: Particularly if you're on treatment or have had bypass surgery. You still have diabetes, but glucose is normal. When you're developing diabetes, however, no diagnosis can be made until glucose is above normal.
