Exact date for sex: The ovulation happens 14 before the period starts. Having sex daily will no increase sperm but will decrease sperm available or pregnancy. You need to mark in a calendar your wife's periods and calculate the ovulation. An extra info: the first part of the fertile time often produces a girl, the last time has more chances for a boy. The fertile period last only 5 days.
