No: You should not worry about it because you may not have any problems from it as not everyone catches herpes with a kiss. It is only with prolonged close contact that you can catch this infection. Moreover your body's immune system can control most infections and prevent them from establishing in your body.

most likely no: The chance of getting herpes 6 months after being exposed to it is very rare. However, the virus that causes herpes may live in your skin for a very long time. So is it possible after 6 months? Yes but very very unlikely.
