What would help to get read of bad smelling burps and gas my husband has them but he has a ilieostomy so his bag will fill with gas fast any help?

Depends: How long has he had the ileostomy and why was it performed? Early after surgery may need to avoid strong smelling foods (broccoli, asparagus, etc), and there is intestinal adjustment early after surgery too. Recent use of antibiotics can affect bowel function and he can try probiotics or yogurt. Call and ask your doctor or surgeon for dietary recommendations based on his specific situation.
