Many Possibilities: But most likely normal. The tip may have gotten irritated causing some darking in the healing skin. Irritation could be from sex, masturbation, rubbing on clothing, skin infections... It could also be dye transfer from clothing. If it continues or has other symptoms, have your doctor look at it.
