implantation bleed: Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than in real life. It occurs rarely and exclusively in someone who is pregnant. The only way to know if someone had implantation bleeding or just irregular menstrual bleeding is to wait and see if you are pregnant. If your test is positive then this was implantation bleeding. If it is negative then it is just irregular menstrual bleeding.

not likely: If you have an average 28-30 day cycle, then you likely ovulate near day 14-15 (mid-cycle). So the timing is off and it is likely an irregular menstrual bleed. If you are usually regular and have more than two irregular bleeds, see your gyn. If not using condoms, could check a home pregnancy test in 7-10 more days to be sure.
