I have had an ultrasound dating my pregnancy 4w5d with just gestational sac. lmp says 7. hcg levels are over 4000. what is likely in this pregnancy?

Wait a while: Most likely answer is that you are less far along than you thought, in which case in 2 weeks you should see an almost 7 wk fetus with heart activity. If not, then there has been early embryonic demise and the pregnancy has failed. Time will tell. Good luck.
