Depends: Usually versed and and IV pain med, but it depends upon what the ortho doc and anesthesiologist are used to.

Sedation: Arthroscopic knee surgery usually requires either spinal anesthetic or general anesthetic – based on the scope of surgery, surgeon and or anesthesiologists preference. Hope this helps.
