Orthopnea: Causes of this can be CHF but crackles can be heard or verified with an xr. Obesity can cause obstructive process from the chest wall falling or the tongue falling backward. Masses can fall on its weight if in the airway and obstruct depending on position. More obscure cause can be platypnea. Go back to your doctor, explain well and referrals or verification tests can be done. Happy thanksgiving.
