see details: Your lungs may sound clear but that does not mean there could not be a problem. Get another opinion, possibly with a pulmonologist. Have a chest x ray done. If indicated pulmonary function tests and a ct scan of the chest are sometimes very helpful.

Masses can fall on its weight if in the airway and obstruct depending on position. More obscure cause can be platypnea.
