Not related: Hair loss and glaucoma are not related conditions, and having one doesn't affect the other. Hair loss does occur as we age, but excessive may be caused by underlying systemic problems like hypothyroidism, lupus, poly cystic ovarian disease, hormonal changes, heredity, medications to name a few. If you are concerned, ask your md whether you need an evaluation.
