Which ones?: Do you have any specific diabetes medications in mind? After all, there are many different types of Insulin as well as pills. With that said, if one's sugar drops too low (hypoglycemia), this could potentially lead to memory loss if one passes out. Of course, high or uncontrolled sugars over a long period of time increase one's risk for stroke ; thus memory loss. Talk to your doc about your concer.
