Yes: Definitely. It depends, of course, on many factors. When was the 1st ultrasound? 1st trimester ultrasounds are the most accurate, and thus would unlikely be off by 4 weeks. Sometimes due dates aren't off, it's just the baby growing too big or too small, another reason to make sure a woman has early ultrasound.
