"morning after pill": should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex and is one dose, except for Postinor 2 which is dosed as a second pill 12 hours after the first. Was your second pill for a second episode of unprotected sex? or part of the two pill pack? Postinor is QUITE EFFECTIVE in preventing pregnancy, but is not recommended for regular contraception. It will interfere with normal periods.
