see doctor: It sounds like you need a course of antibiotics, after that you need to wait and see if the boils come back. Hopefully they will not, but you may need to try a different method of hair removal once you have healed.

See a doctor: These sound as if they may be infection with staphylococci, but without being able to see these cannot really diagnose. Please go see someone soon. This could get much worse very quickly. Good luck.
