This is a very: General question . We do not know hat come first . Vomiting and dizziness could be symptoms of the same illness . If your relative develop dizziness it is probably due to dehydration because of vomiting and unable to eat or drink. The question then remains why is he /she vomiting ? To figure out what is going on , it is necessary to see a health care provider . In the mean time try to hydrate him.
