no: By now, your toric lens is almost certainly fixated and not rotating. If you are noticing changes in your vision, it is probably from other causes. You need to visit your surgeon very soon for a follow up examination.

No: The toric iol is supposed to be stable in position after it has been correctly oriented during surgery. Even the slightest rotation can degrade its corrective effect of your astigmatism. However, infrequently a toric iol rotates if the eye has a larger than normal capsule, or if some annormality is causing it to rotate. It's often necessary to remove the iol if repositioning is not successful.
