Allowed?: Food in the U.S. Is only regulated at point of sale and distribution. Folks eat what they want.

Having lived in: Taiwan and Okinawa when they were both third world - I am familiar with the custom of eating small rodents and tiny birds. This is not a common practice in the US although I know of no laws that forbid it.
