Normal: It is difficult to determine over the internet how difficult the extraction was.. Each one is different, and since people heal differently, it is hard to say. Sutures? Makes a difference. Ask your surgeon when you can resume activities, since they know your situation best... You usually can return to strenuous activities when the wound has healed.

Pain/activity: 2 questions. Slight pain? You've had surgery, some pain is to be expected. The more complex the procedure, the longer you will have symptoms. Exercise? May increase blood pressure and thus interfere with healing, so wise to hold off until wound has healed. Ask your Surgeon, the practitioner that knows your circumstances best, both of your questions for personalized answer.
