Pain/activity: 2 questions. Slight pain? You've had surgery, some pain is to be expected. The more complex the procedure, the longer you will have symptoms. Exercise? May increase blood pressure and thus interfere with healing, so wise to hold off until wound has healed. Ask your Surgeon, the practitioner that knows your circumstances best, both of your questions for personalized answer.
