Kenalog (triamcinolone) inj / splint: The treatment will not affect your baby.At 36 weeks pregnancy, you only have another 4 weeks to go ; the carpal tunnel symptoms can be best addressed conservatively by using splints and/or kenalog (triamcinolone) injection. After delivery, the symptoms will usually resolve as the excess water weight decreases.Only a small precentage of women need to have their pregnancy induced carpal tunnel addressed surgically.
