Can you help? could prostatitis come up in a full blood panel?

No: No known blood tests for prostatitis, though it is one cause of an elevated psa (bloodtest). Prostatitis is usually a clinical diagnosis, meaning the diagnosis is based on the history and physical exam findings. Testing of the urine or prostate secretions can also be helpful.
