Pill and energy: If you don't have enough sleep or reading a boring book, it is to be expected. I note that you are on Clonazepam which can cause drowsiness as well. To test yourself- if you fall asleep when reading the 1st book on "50 shades of grey" , that would be abnormal. If you fall asleep while reading the 3rd book of this series , then it would be normal. :).
