What's this very strong pain i'm having shooting/throbbing from the back of my neck (right side) to the top of my head and over my right eye?

Tension headache. : Sound like it could be a classic tension headache. Other possibility is a sinus headache with refered pain. Try Ibuprofen and if not better or a history of sinus problems go to your doctor.
