Qnasl: Hello, the nasal burning you are noticing is probably the alcohol in the delivery system reacting with the nerves in your nasal cavity. This is normal to notice this sensation. It should pass within a few seconds. If your nasal lining is inflamed this may also heighten your sensitivity. If it persists beyond 7-10 days, see your doctor for other options.
