Bleeding ulcer?: If you had an ulcer you could be bleeding and getting dizzy... But your stool would be black or burgundy. See your doctor.

Good question, but..: Your test results are incomplete and possibly inconclusive relative to your present distress. You need further evaluation ; possibly a different approach to treatment. Only your doctor has a complete picture of your results ; exam thus far, so please alert him/her to your present concerns. The er and/or a second opinion are always options if you feel unsatisfied or your condition is deteriorating.
