I suffer meniere's w/ vertigo & constant loud roar in ear. is there a nerve in ear that i can have clipped to end this nightmare? pros & cons?

MRI?: Just wondering if you might have an acoustic neuroma (benign tumor of the 8th cranial nerve)? An MRI with contrast would show this. If so, there are treatments. An ENT (ear nose throat) doc should be able to answer your questions.
