Up to you: I wouldn't do or wearing anything that causes me discomfort, but that is my personal opinion. If it truly causes you discomfort than i wouldn't wear a bra that has an under wire attached to it, there are a lot of bras that don't have under wires that achieve the same results. If the bra is : Painful to wear - you should not wear it. Up to 85% of american women are wearing an incorrect bra size. Encourage you to take care of your breasts by going to a bra specialty store for a professional fitting. They will determine correct cup ; band size as well as helping w design selection. You will also be taught how to properly settle your breasts into the bra. It is worth the effort.
