EECP: Can be effective in the right patient. However given diabetes the data clearly shows that bypass surgery is the best treatment.

Unlikely: Coronary bypass has specific indications, and risks. Depending on age, risk factors, diabetes your surgeon can give a very good opinion. In general the risks are low.
