when is the best time to take poten-cee?

Dr. Richard Bensinger

No reasonable time: The issue of the use of high dose vitamin c has long been settled. It does not increase resistance to infection or any other known condition. And very few first world diets are c vitamin deficient. The sellers of high dose c products have been excellent and effective marketers of these products but clinical testing have shown them to be of no realistic value.
