No treatment: Testicle size varies from man to man. Function is what's important, ie. Hormone ; sperm production. These are usually unaffected by size unless they are atrophic, shrunk following mumps orchitis or you have a syndrome. Basically there is nothing to be done for small testicles. Hormonal treatment, in the long run, can only shrink them further.
