A member asked:

My baby boy has greenish muscus coming out of his eyes what can that be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infection: If the discharge is greenish chances are high that it is an infection. It could be a simple conjunctivitis or a naso-lacrimal duct stenosis (where the tears cannot empty well into the nose and the duct can be infected). Must see an eye md for correct diagnosis and therapy.
