See below: The tailbone or "coccyx" is the small trail of bones that connect to the end of your sacrum, and form the end of your spine. The achilles tendon connects your "calf muscles" to your foot and is just above your heel.

No: No, your Achilles connects your calf muscle to your heel bone (calcaneus), it is no where near your tail bone (coccyx).
