Not on skin: I wouldn't advise putting full strength Vicks on the baby's skin, but it would be ok to use it on the clothing. You might do better to use the tablets that dissolve in the shower, and sit with your baby in the steamy bathroom with the shower running and do a 'sauna treatment' if the baby is congested. You can also use any way to increase humidity in the home, like a humidifier. Clean daily!

I wouldn't: I consider this product more an airway irritant than health aid for any kid under 6 years of age. A two month old is dependent on their nasal airway for breathing and any fragrance, pleasant or not, can plug them up. Any medicinal quality (the medicine smell) is more myth than real at any age.The indians used pine pitch to scent their sweat lodges, and this product mimics the practice.
