Needle: Needle like symptoms are not usually related to the heart.

Neuropathy: There is not enough info to make a decision. It may but usually there are more symptoms in heart attack such as chest pressure and sob. Neuropathy like this can be a complication of diabetes, called stocking and glove distribution but again the information's not enough to make a diagnosis.
