Whoa: You're asking about two different labs using a different value for the top of the reference range cited for creatinine. Please disabuse yourself, now, of the notion that these are "healthy ranges". Each lab looks at is own population ; statistics. When i was lifting weights daily, my creatinine stayed at 1.7; if a slim girl had a creatinine of 1.1 i'd wonder about kidney damage.
