No tnecessarily: If you have had acute injury - the best way to determine if there is a fracture is with a x-ray.

Not sure what : You mean by a bump. Sometimes, when a hammertoe is present people mistake that for a bump.....Best way to know see your podiatrist, an xray may be needed. Keep in mind if there was no injury any abnormal finding should be looked at, a bump can be some form of a tumor.....

Not necessarily: Not necessarily. A bump can mean any number of things ranging from a soft tissue or bony growth to a callous or even a fracture. It would be best to see your healthcare provider for an examination and likely have an x-ray done to help confirm your diagnosis.
